مشروع "منظمات المجتمع المدني كمصدر للتربية المدنية والمواطنة الفاعلة للشباب" مشروع ينفذه مركز الشرق والغرب لتنمية الموارد البشرية , وهو  ضمن مشروع دعم الحكم الديمقراطي المنفّذ من قبل وزارة الشؤون السياسية والبرلمانية وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
جاءت فكرة هذا المشروع ايمانا بأن التربية المدنية هي المفتاح لكل مجتمع على استعداد لبناء ديمقراطية حقيقية, وضرورة العمل مع الشباب في المناطق النائية الذين يصعب عليهم الوصول الى المعلومات والأنشطة المختلفة , مما أوجد الرغبة للوصول إلى هؤلاء الشباب لتشجيعهم وتحفيزيهم ليكونوا أداة للتأثير على المدى الطويل في مجتمعاتهم المحلية وسد الفجوة بين الواقع الحالي وكيف ينبغي أن يكون.
يشمل المشروع على 3 محاور رئيسية:
•  تحالف من منظمات المجتمع المدني من أجل أن تكون كمصدر للتربية المدنية للشباب.
• جهة متخصّصة في حملات كسب التأييد في مجال التربية المدنية
• ترسيخ ثقافة العمل التطوّعي

“CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUTH CIVIC EDUCATION AND ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP”  project.
 implemented by East and West Center for Human Resources Development (WE Center),   it’s within the support of democratic governance project which implemented  by the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs ,funded by the European Union.
The idea of this project came from  the belief that civic education is the key of every society which ready to build a true democracy, and the need to work with youth in remote areas who can’t  access to the various  information and activities in an easy way , which created a desire to gain access to these youth to encourage them and to be an  influence tool in  the long-term into their  communities and bridging the gap between the current reality and how it should be.
The project includes 3  main areas:
• An alliance of civil society organizations as a source of civic education for youth.
•  A specialized  entity in advocacy campaign  in civic education field.
•  Entrench a culture of volunteering.
